Anyone who is a vendor at an antique or collectors show, craft fair or county fair must register with the State of Ohio before the event begins. Most vendors’ applications ask for your tax identification number and will not let you sell your product at an event without it. Are there any fees to sell at The Olive Road Flea Market?
There are no upfront fees to sell at The Olive Road Flea Market. The Olive Road Flea Market will be charging booth rent to vendors. Booth spaces vary in size and price, with discounts given for long term rentals and prepayment of rent. Please see the booth rate sheets. Booth rent will be determined before a vendor participates in any event at The Olive Road Flea Market.

What does a vendor need to bring upon being selected to be a part of The Olive Road Flea Market?
The vendor needs to provide tables and chairs for you to display your merchandise on. You will need change in small denominations, such as one and five dollar bills and rows of coins. If your items are not already marked with prices, you will need supplies to price items such as a marker, stickers or masking tape to write prices on.  A small notebook and pen comes in handy to record your sales.  Don’t forget to have your vendor’s license handy.
