What items are prohibited from being sold by the vendors?
Answer: Anything Illegal or Inappropriate, Pornographic Materials, Guns or Ammo, Copy Protected or Counterfeit items, Alcohol or Tobacco products and Prepared Foods.
Do I need a Business License to sell at The Flea Market?
Answer: You will need a Ohio Business License and a Ohio State Board Resale Permit. If you are selling only three days or less in a Calendar Year, no permit or License is required at all.
How do I become a vendor at the Flea Market?
Answer: It is easy! Come to Flea Market before 8 a.m. on the day you want to sell. Bring a valid license or other I.D. and buy a space at our reservation booth.
